After a long process, the regional office of RUNTS in Lombardy accepted our registration request. We are now officially a Third Sector Association, governed by the Statute approved by the Assembly on March 8, 2023, and subsequently amended in Art. 18 on June 21, 2023, and named “SID – Società Italiana di Design”, translated into English as “SID – Society of Italian Design Association”. In this way, SID acquires a series of rights-duties and benefits, as explained on the Ministry of Labor’s website:

Through the transparency of information, the register ensures the applicability of tax regulations and legal certainty for third parties interacting with the ETS themselves. Registration in RUNTS guarantees ETS access to the benefits provided for the third sector and allows them to enter into agreements with public administrations to carry out activities or social services of general interest for third parties.”
