Dear Members,
In agreement with the presidents of the scientific societies of the Scientific-Disciplinary Sectors included in the new Scientific-Disciplinary Group “Design, Architectural Technology, Technical Architecture and Management of the Built Environment”, we have organized a series of meetings for discussion and, above all, for information on the prospects in teaching, research, and knowledge enhancement within the SDG.
The process of revising knowledge and sectors initiated with Ministerial Decree No. 639 of 05-02-2024 requires shared reflections on the effects it will have on the activities each of us carries out within our institutions. Therefore, as a conclusion to the work done in recent years, we want to make available to the members of our scientific societies the outcomes of that process, so that the challenges that are anticipated after the summer (starting with the ASN reform) can be faced with awareness. Challenges that, in the case of SID, will need to be addressed by the next President and Executive Committee.
The meetings will take place within the national conferences of each of the scientific societies and will be open to online participation by all colleagues from the involved SSDs.
The first meeting will be held on June 14 at 2:45 PM as part of the Colloqui.AT.e 2024 Conference.
In the coming days, we will send you the link for participation, which, given the importance of the topics, I hope will be as broad as possible.
