The Extraordinary SID Assembly will be held in Rome, within a single day, on Friday, March 23, 2018, near Termini Station, at the Acquario Romano on Via Mario Fanti 47, from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM
. The Assembly, being extraordinary, will not be held as usual within a university venue, but in a city (Rome) chosen as central relative to the geography of Italian university locations and in a place (Acquario Romano) close to Termini Station to facilitate the attendance of Members with round trips even in one day.
The Assembly will see the joint participation of SID Italian Society of Design and CUID Italian University Conference of Design and will be an opportunity to review the activities conducted by both entities, in addition to the presentation of candidacies and voting for the renewal of both governing bodies.
It is announced that the SID Members who will be able to vote, i.e., those in compliance with the payment of the 2017 fee which was due on January 31, 2018, are 150, an increase compared to previous years.
According to the Statute, each Member present may hold up to 3 proxies.
